Lead Pastor

Chris joined the Woodview staff as the Director of Student and Young Adult Ministries in July 2012. After serving in that role for over nine years he transitioned over to become the Lead Pastor. Chris has a heart for creating conversation and learning. He is an avid reader and Chicago sports fan. He has a BA in Youth Ministry and a MA in Spiritual Formation from Lincoln Christian University in Illinois. He has a beautiful wife and two awesome kids. 

Director of Music and Worship

Rode (or as she is often called, Ro) joined the Woodview staff in August 2014, after participating with the worship team for a number of years. A Mexican native, Ro came to the United States to study Worship at Lincoln Christian University, where she graduated in 2012. It was while at Lincoln that she met her husband, Chris. They have two children, Natalie and Dallas. 

Administrative Assistant

Barb has been a member of Woodview since 2011 and joined the staff in January 2019. She attended Grand Rapids Community College and studied Business Management and Accounting. Later, she went back to school and graduated from Ross Medical Education Center as a Medical Assistant. She has many years of experience in various aspects of office management. Barb is married to Randy and they have three adult children, Jennica, Jaryd, and Corrie. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading, watching way too much TV & Netflix series and spending time with family.
